Pascal is built on a simple principle: your data stays yours. This policy explains how Pascal, the product of Wendy Labs Inc, handles your information, and why in most deployments we never see it at all.
Where Pascal runs
Pascal is designed to run inside your own environment. You can deploy it in your cloud account, inside your VPC, or fully on-premise, including completely air-gapped networks with no outbound internet access. Your data, your systems, and your Pascal conversations live where you put them, under your control.
Data we do not collect or retain
Wendy Labs Inc does not retain your customer data. The records Pascal reads from your databases, warehouses, streams, and sensor systems, along with the questions you ask and the answers Pascal returns, remain in your environment. We do not build a copy of your data on our infrastructure.
We do not train on your data
Your data, your queries, and your conversations are never used to train Pascal or any underlying model. When you connect a frontier model provider, requests are governed by that provider under your own account and agreements. When you use open-source or private models, everything can stay entirely within your walls.
How Pascal connects to your systems
Every connection to one of your systems uses credentials that you provide and control, scoped to exactly the access you grant. Those credentials and the data they reach stay within your environment. You can revoke access at any time, and every action Pascal takes can be logged for your own audit.
Self-managed deployments
When you self-manage Pascal, Wendy Labs Inc has no access to your data at all. You run and operate the software yourself, and nothing about your data or usage flows back to us. In supported deployments, we access only what you explicitly share with us to help you operate the product.
This website
This marketing website is separate from the Pascal product. If you contact us or request a demo, we use the details you submit only to respond to you. We keep any non-essential tracking to a minimum and do not sell your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
