These terms govern your access to and use of Pascal and this website, provided by Wendy Labs Inc. By using the product or the site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the product
Pascal is an enterprise AI system that connects to your systems and helps your team work with your data. You may use Pascal only in accordance with these terms, any order or agreement you have with us, and all applicable laws.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Pascal. That includes not using it for unlawful purposes, not attempting to breach or circumvent security, not interfering with the integrity or performance of the product, and not using it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the conduct of your users and for the data and systems you connect.
3. Self-managed and supported deployments
When you self-manage Pascal, you are responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, and operating the software in your own environment, including managing credentials, access, and the models you connect. In a supported deployment, Wendy Labs Inc provides the assistance described in your agreement, but you remain responsible for your environment, your data, and your users.
4. Your data and models
You retain all rights to your data. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to connect your systems and to use any third-party or open-source models you choose. Third-party model providers are governed by their own terms, which apply when you use them through Pascal.
5. Intellectual property
Pascal, including the software, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Wendy Labs Inc and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the product as permitted by your agreement.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The product and website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wendy Labs Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the product or website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wendy Labs Inc is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing jurisdiction and venue may be set out in your agreement with us. [Governing law placeholder.]
9. Changes to these terms
